SHIPPING POLICY
You may have items shipped to you, but you are responsible for all associated costs. Orders will be shipped/delivered to the address provided on your order invoice. The buyer is fully responsible if an incorrect and/or insufficient shipping address is provided during checkout.
We are not responsible for shipping delays that occur after your order leaves our facility. The carrier is responsible for getting your order to you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as “delivered” by our carrier.
We can only guarantee that we will ship your order within 7-14 business days. Business days do not include holidays and weekends. If you have a specific need by date, please contact us by email at highcottoncreationslbk@gmail.com prior to ordering.
LOCAL PICK UP POLICY
Residents of Lubbock, TX have the option to choose free local pick up at checkout. You will receive a pick up notification by email when your order is complete and ready for pick up. It is then your responsibility to arrange pickup by contacting High Cotton Creations by email at highcottoncreationslbk@gmail.com and confirming a day and time for pick up. You MUST physically pick up your order within 30 days of order completion. If your order has not been picked up at the end of 30 days, you will receive an invoice for shipping your order to you. If your shipping invoice is not paid within 72 hours, your items will be donated to one of the local organizations that we work closely with. We simply do not have the space to store your items for an extended period of time. We can also not ensure that your items will not incur damage while being stored for extended periods of time awaiting you to pick up your order.
