REFUND POLICY

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, if you receive the wrong item or if you are missing items from your order, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products) and jewelry. Due to the custom nature of our apparel items, we do not offer returns. We provide sizing charts for all apparel, which means that we are not responsible for incorrect sizing. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. Any item purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.

Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations on orders but please contact us at highcottoncreationslbk@gmail.com if you have any problems with your order. 

Returns & Exchanges

We have a limited number of many of our products and because of this, we cannot guarantee an exchange. Please keep in mind that handmade items will not always be identical when making an exchange.

Items can be returned for store credit only. We cannot issue refunds (unless the item is defective). The original shipping cost is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.

There will be no refunds for items unless the product has visible damage from shipping. We purchase insurance for each package through USPS, UPS, or FedEx. If you receive a damaged product, please contact High Cotton Creations within 3 business days of receiving the damaged package. It helps if you are able to send us a picture of the damaged product when we are filing a claim. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as “delivered” by our carrier and refunds will not be issued. 

We are not responsible for shipping delays that occur after your order leaves our facility and refunds will not be given for items arriving later than expected. The carrier is responsible for getting your order to you. We can only guarantee that we will ship your order within 7-14 business days. Business days do not include holidays and weekends. 

You must contact us within 3 business days of delivery and ship items back to us within 7 business days of delivery. Any concerns brought to us after this time frame are not eligible for replacement. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Return items must be received by us within 14 business days of the original ship  date. The original shipping cost is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end. We are not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or mishandled in the return process. You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item.

To start a return, you can contact us at highcottoncreationslbk@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. The original shipping cost is non-refundable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received.

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your product, please contact us with details regarding your concerns at highcottoncreationslbk@gmail.com. We urge you to please take extra caution when opening your packages as we can't be held responsible for any damages that may occur once the product(s) leaves our store. We do reserve the right to refuse any returns that we feel are not compliant with our policies. All merchandise is inspected before it is shipped. If you don’t like a color or finish on a product, we will make you a new one at no additional charge (as long as materials for creating the product are still available) but the buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the original product back to High Cotton Creations as well as the shipping cost of the new product. There will still be a 1-2 week processing time once the original product is returned. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We take pride in our creations and want you to be happy with your purchase! We will always fix any mistakes that we inadvertently made.
